Summer and winter prices for your stay

Price list, general terms and conditions and useful information for a carefree holiday at Villa Stella in Ortisei in Val Gardena.

Local tax:

We are obliged to collect a local tax per person per night for all guests over the age of 14. This tax is not included in the price of your stay.

Included in our prices:

• Electricity, heating, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen, VAT and Wi-Fi.
• Breakfast bread is delivered every morning, except on Sundays and public holidays.
• Free entry to the Mar Dolomit indoor and outdoor pool in Ortisei.
• Highchair, changing mat and buggy are all free of charge on request.

Extras:

• Extra bed: 20% discount
• Cot: €30.00 per day (free of charge if replacing a bed)
• Small and medium-sized pets: €15.00-25.00 per day (with prior agreement)
• Parking area: €10.00 per day

Cleaning service per week:

• Studio, 2 people: €50.00
• One and two room, 3 people: €80.00
• Two- & three-room, 4 people: €120.00
• Three-room superior, 4 people: €150.00
• Two & three room, 5 people: €120.00
• Three-room superior, 5 people: €150.00
• Four-room, 6 people: €190.00
• Four-room, 7 people: €220.00

Check-in:

Changeover at our apartments takes place between 3pm and 7pm.
If you are going to arrive outside of these times, please let us know by giving us a call (+39 0471 783600).

Check-out:

All apartments must be vacated by 9 am on your day of departure.

Booking conditions:

Bookings are only considered to binding once we have received a confirmation deposit of 30% of the total apartment price.

General cancellation conditions:

In the event of a cancellation, unless explicitly agreed otherwise, the booked stay will be billed as follows:
• Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total price (the required deposit)
• Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
• Within 14 days of arrival, or in the case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the total price
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Travel cancellation insurance:

Something could always happen before the start of your trip which stops you from coming to stay with us. With our cancellation insurance, you’ll be financially covered. If you arrive late, are unable to make it at all or even have to cut your stay short, cancellation fees can be passed on according to EU regulations. To save you from such expenses, we recommend that you take out this travel cancellation insurance so that any such costs can be covered by Europäische Reiseversicherung.
