From 1-4 nights we charge 20%.

Furthermore prices may be altered, due to unpredictable economic developments and changes of the VAT rate.

Check-In: Check-In is between 3 and 7 p.m. In case of late arrival please be so
kind to inform the management.
Check-Out: Apartments must be left within 9 a.m. on the departure
day.

As of 01.01.2018 we are committed to collect a community residence tax of € 2,10/person/night for all persons over 14 years. This tax is not included in the price of your stay.
